Tickets via email or form by non-registered users

You can allow users not registered in smartQ to create tickets — see "Options/External Access" for details (Admin access required).

smartQ External Access

They can create tickets via a form or email. With External Access enabled, you can have people submitting tickets to smartQ while not having access to it (they will just have access to a limited ticket view), without the need for them to register or login into smartQ.
