Automation allows you to create automated rules that trigger actions when certain conditions are met. For example, tickets can be colored red if their deadline expire before they are closed, or email notification can be sent when tickets spend too much time in specific columns.

Automation screen

Automation rules are defined at the project level and can be accessed via Project Settings screen. A PRO plan is required to access all of its features.

The Automation screen also contains the history of triggered rules.

Each rule has a set of conditions and actions you can choose from.

Each project can have multiple rules. You can change the rules order and pause specific ones.
